Sad my cousin- has no idea who the gift was from. So sad- I should never ever order from such an unprofessional place- beware- they tell you they will fix it but completely ignore it- after spending 45 minutes trying to fix it-no fault of mine but there website that is not an easy place when you are busy. I called and they refused to let my cousin know - and give me 10 dollars which I refused. The cookies were delivered today - on my email receipt our names were missing- so my cousin who is going through a lot has no idea who they are from. I immediately called customer service- it took 45 minutes they said they would add the message. After the order went in it totally cut off the message and our names. I ordered insomnia cookies for my cousin who just lost her husband- I wrote a short note with our names to my cousin.
